I know how you feel--I never wanted to join facebook, I only did it because I had enough friends from different places (Leicester, Harpers Ferry, etc.) that pressured me into it. And it has been a good way to keep in touch with them. But I hate having facebook and I'm really regretting it now because people from high school have finally found me, and I wanted to avoid that. Anyway.

Good luck with your job! Do you have another one in mind? I personally am planning on begging.

begging - i like it! now for my moment of retrospection, i just reread my entry and i did actually work 2 weeks into april. so i guess i didn't exactly tell my manager "tomorrow." but regretably (i have no idea how to spell that) i still have no prospects.
