I find that people who do not like their jobs tend to do the things they would rather have for a vocation outside the workplace. Which, I suppose, is not so unusual, especially as most movies about jobs are about people who hate them

so, are you saying that you don't have any "hobbies"?

Yes, which is a little disconcerting, no? Aren't people supposed to have hobbies as like a species requirement?

If you like your job, you would do jobby-type things on your free time. Like an interior decorator might check out trade shows or cute furniture stores, and like network with their customer types of people. A DJ would probably constantly submerge themselves in their music. A kung fu master would walk around looking hard and kick people's butts. Your job ends up being your hobby.

If this isn't the case, maybe 1) you don't like your job that much, or 2) you're just that damn versatile.
