Woot! I have made a friend at work! Today we plotted against my boss to get the lifestyle page onto the new website and I tried desperately to create more work for myself without subtlety! No one here manages to make fish and chips that taste right, probably the closest I've had was at a so-called "British pub" called... wait for it... Churchill's, in of all places, Savannah GEORGIA. Yeah, hicks making nosh. How's that for culture shock? They had a chicken and stilton pie that wasn't too bad either, but the bangers and mash was just plain awful. Bleh.

...okay, enough about my rant on food.

I like some of the imitation pubs over here, there was a decent Irish one in California that had pretty good fish...still need work on the chips.
