People contiuning to judge based on archaic sterotypes in relation to gender rules. I think it says a lot (of good things) about your girlfriend if she recognizes this kind of treatment as unfriendly - and I have to agree with her. To joke with someone is one thing, but to constantly put someone down, under the guise of "joking", is horrible and intolerable - ESPECIALLY if they're teasing you about things you should be proud of. It shows a serious difference in values, and not in a good, "diverse" way.

I'm glad to hear you have a new job, and that you're still with your girlfriend (who seems very lovely, by the way).Take care!
