I cant't do it too before two days ago. ^^ My friend suggest me to use Adobe Image Ready, i tried it, and ping..pong...get the animated icon. You should try it too. It's easy, believe me.The original pic only usual pic. Want to try make an icon right from anime clip. I 'll ask someone how. I also can't do what you can, I can't make full colour icon, such as change the colour and put another colour, like your shikito wallpaper.
btw, i can't download furuba raw scan ch 123. it's always error. huh..
Half the stuff I do with icons, I don't even know what I'm doing. I just play around, and something comes out. :P I wish I had a better program though... I use GIMP, which is just something you can download. :P It's not bad, but I'd rather have PhotoShop or PSP.
And you can't download chap 123?! ...Did you try here? If you go there, you need to download a program first in order to see the scans... I did that, and I can see the scans fine now... :/
Yeah, same with me. I also just play around when i try it. Now, I am trying to combine two people from two different pic. Since the way they stand it's different, the result is too bad. Want to learn more about combine and repair the pic..
If you mean Win Rar program, I already have it. Maybe it's the interner connection here. I also can't download the chapter before 123. The only chapter i success is only ch 114. The right chapter ne..the only chapter kagesai no yume didn't have the summary.
