I'm sorry you're having bad luck. Philly seems to be reluctant to allow people to fly in... same thing happened to me on my trip to Chicago.

I think it's Philly that's bad luck, not you! Between you & Ash having the same issues with cancelled flights, I am vowing never to take a flight that transfers through Philly again (unless I end up living there, I suppose)!
