THIS WORLD WE'RE ALL STUCK IN IS NOTHING BUT A GAME CONSTRUCT.
NPCS ARE NON PLAYABLE CHARACTERS, AND ARE USED TO FILL THE WORLD TO GIVE IT A MORE REALISTIC FEEL OR HAVE USEFUL INFORMATION ALONG THE WAY.
