I shoved in the 4 gage plugs. my ear holes are getting there, next stop is the 2 gage, and then I'm gonna go buy those star plugs -the reason I started gageing my ears in the first place.

it's fun to take out my plugs and look through the holes. :)

no it doesn't hurt really...that is if you do it the right way

if you still have the 10 gage in then just keep pulling on it, and then after a couple weeks just taper in an 8 gage, and so on and so forth
