Okay!!

So, Gojyo is pretty important to Ritsuka at this point! We joke about Hakkai and Gojyo being his mom and dad in memes and on AIM and such, but in a way, it's kind of true! In fact, it's more true by the fact that Ritsuka would never consider anyone else a “brother” because of his closeness with Seimei and how attached he is to him - in a way, dubbing someone an “older brother” is sort of a sleight to his own brother, which he definitely does not want to do. There's that sense of family, but it's not brothers - and Gojyo has always been rather mother hennish towards him, even though that's Hakkai's MO. Additionally, in canon, his dad is pretty non-existent in his life! There are no qualms with equating him with dad stature because he honestly just... gives little to no thought about his actual dad. He exists - that's basically the extent of Ritsuka's thinking concerning his dad. That being said, he'd be pretty hard-pressed to admit that he looks at Gojyo in that sort of light, and he'd definitely never call him that because

He also relies on Gojyo, to an extent? Which is something of a newer thing! Despite how mature and put together he tends to seem, he's still a dumb kid! He gets into trouble, he can't cook anything but rice and omelets, he's not eating as much as he should, he has girl problems (cry), et cetera et cetera, and Gojyo is one of the few adults in his life that he likes enough to associate with frequently. He likes going to visit Gojyo and Hakkai and having dinner with them, and going out with them and hanging out, and he feels less stupid about getting help from them on stuff! A little. Gojyo is probably the first person he'd call now, if he was in a jam, and needed some help. Tied with Hakkai, of course! This kind of ties back with the parental feeling as well, with a mix of FOND FEELINGS and the fact that he thinks he can count on Gojyo, when he needs him. Before, he wouldn't have really thought to call Gojyo or rely on him for stuff - and it's a tentative trust, because this is Ritsuka, but it's kind of a huge step? Because of Gojyo

Gwendolen is currently one of the people Matthew has placed in the 'interesting' category. His opinion of her is generally positive, but that's just his sunny attitude really. He'd like to get to know her better, and possibly investigate this whole 'why does he look so much like her brother' thing.

First Impression (Personality/Physically): ider anymore but I'm pretty sure it wasn't so good hahaha. noted that he's pretty but uh, with that I mean-- in the same way she would notice a tree or a painting being pretty. (lack of boobs ): )

Current Impression: a bit better than it was at first! she thinks the bark is definitely bigger than the bite, and besides if Ukitake liked him there must have been a reason. also he gave her tea and he has cute cats. it's enough for her.

Crowning thoughts: I CAN'T THINK OF ANY CROWNING EVENTS but she was somewhat worried about how he'd react to Ukitake leaving. she's not sure he functions without someone who makes him dinner and prepares his bed (NOT THAT UKITAKE DID but that's how she pictures it I dunno).

Subconscious/Subtle feelings: there is nothing subtle about SF seriously

Aware/Conscious feelings: vague curiosity, vague worry, LOTS OF VAGUE. also very consciously avoiding to ask any questions where he could TMI at her.

alngklned it's probably best not to mention Ukitake around him for a while. (He changed rooms ASAP after he left for a reason. sob) The old man is definitely missed. :(

Yes, it really must. *_*

For Gin, Ritsuka was (and still is) the adorable cat boy from a really weird world. (Seriously, sex and ears? What is the correlation? He doesn't get it.) While a part of Gin thinks Ritsuka needs to stop acting all grown up and start behaving like a "real" kid, he knows that being on this ship really doesn't help that.

I'd like to think that he started avoiding Ritsuka because of his connections to certain suspect peoples, (Envy, Genkaku, etc.) but nothing to really do with him directly. So at least that's a plus?

In the end he does think of Ritsuka in a semi-positive light. (At least enough that he really hasn't bothered to ask for his pants back. Hurr hurr.) If Ritsuka remembers him as a child during the de-age event, that could put a dampener on things but I don't see Gin avoiding him for that. Especially since so many people can't seem to connect his current self with his de-aged self.

Omg so much more than I was expecting...!!!

... Yeah, no one gets that, Gin. 8( NO ONE. I don't even think Yun Kouga gets it, outside of "I want to draw cute boys with cat ears in shorts". There is no correlation outside if Kouga making it so. And sob yes, he needs to do that, ... but Kouga ruins everything forever.

Ffff yes, Ritsuka's associates are... usually not reputable characters, so that makes sense!

(HE MAY NEVER GET THOSE PANTS BACK!!) For the most part, I have him remember the event a little hazily, so he'd just get a feeling of "... YOU ARE FAMILIAR MAYBE" and that's about it!
