Physical Changes: Probably still looks the same. I mean she looks thirty now. Geez... Maybe she's taken to dyeing her hair because it's begun to gray from stress. Crow's feet around her eyes and the beginnings of wrinkles but not anything too noticeable.
Mental Changes: Well, she's learned a lot so she's less apologetic given that she's better acquainted with everyone and can avoid social failings better.
