Out of curiousity, what kind of expensive is Toronto? Calgary expensive? Or *gulp* worse?

well, I can't say exactly, considering that I have never rented a place in Calgary - but doing my search for a decent one-bedroom in TO are anywhere between 1100-1300 -- if you don't want to be in the middle of nowhere or don't want to live in a basement.

I am not moving to Toronto to live in a basement. That, I promise you.

Why, thinking of moving?
