Collin - If I have learned anything from my 5+ years with my mom's Alzheimers' (and me, and my sister, and our Mom with her Alzheimer's), is that breaking down and crying is not only sometimes OK, but mandatory.
It makes it that much easier to laugh afterwards, and move on.
