I thought I was doing so good. I've cut my soda intake to 2ish a day generally. I'd love to cut it completely but the headaches are too much and my anxiety is too high. However there might be one thats as cheap as 10 bucks a month, I'll look into it.
You can get a used bike on craigslist for 50 bucks or less.
We could always go walking or jogging too

Don't know if this applies, but if you look thinner, you are losing fat and gaining muscle :) Hope that helps, and good luck! 4 years for me to lose 40 lbs lol... that I gained in less than a year... it's been so frustrating but keep at it!!
