gyms are kinda expensive.. ya :(

However there might be one thats as cheap as 10 bucks a month, I'll look into it.

You can get a used bike on craigslist for 50 bucks or less.

We could always go walking or jogging too

I'm not sure how. I never tried to lose it before and now that I'm trying I gain weight. It's annoying

Just keep working at it. It took me over a year to lose the 20lbs I have and I don't LOOK any different. It takes time and effort, but I have faith you can do it.

I'm glad you do. I really don't I'm starving and tired and fat. I'm ready to just call it quits and do whatever and have a heart attack and die at 30.

I used to watch scales, but when you do labor you can muscle, which can mean you actually gain weight... my doc told me a lot of people get discouraged when they're gaining at first... but eventually if you just sustain the muscle and the fat's going there isn't more gaining and the pounds are gone. so i started paying attention to how I look and when i did step on a scale after a while, he was right :)

Don't know if this applies, but if you look thinner, you are losing fat and gaining muscle :) Hope that helps, and good luck! 4 years for me to lose 40 lbs lol... that I gained in less than a year... it's been so frustrating but keep at it!!
