Feh, I have some time this morning so, I thought I'd update. On Friday I went to the doctor to get consulted about my stomach surgery. My mother and I drove waaaay out to Valley, Alabama which is a scary little place and waited to see the doctor in a waiting room for what seemed like a century with the nurses (all of them blonde, oddly) and the ( Read more... )

I don't know what this surgery involves but if it involves reducing the size of your stomach so you can't fill it with as much food don't do it! This goes totally against everything natural. You require a certain amount of nutrients every day and if you can't get more than a tiny bit of food in you before getting full you won't get those nutrients. I foresee you suffering in a whole new way as a result of this surgery. You should focus on getting physically fit and healthy not just on losing weight. If the notion of getting the body of your dreams through exercising and eating in a disciplined manner turns you off then tuff! Thats like saying you want good grades but the idea of studying and going to class turns you off. What this doctor is doing is a blasphemy against life and health. My psychic foresight shows me something greivous happening as a result.

Getting the surgery also involves me going on a special diet to make sure I get all the nutrients I need. The surgery isn't some sort of miracle cure, it will involve me having to do alot of hard work. However, I need it to help me out.

I repeat, this surgery is a blasphemy. Millions of people are transforming their bodies by following sound principles laid out by Bill Phillips in his book Body for Life. Get the book and read it and skip the surgery. YOU ARE GOING TO ALTER SOMETHING PERMANENTLY THAT was never meant to be changed. In addition to nutrients you require a certain amount of calories and you can't get them with a tiny stomach. Virtually all the weight you lose will be from lean tissue and not fat. Please don't do this! I know about this sort of thing. Hell I'll be your personal trainer and design a nutrition program for you for free if you don't do this.

Hey, Maybe you remember me.. maybe ya dont. But my name is Melody. I was in your Criminal class for awhile, sitting next to you and Alan. I think you are a very pretty pretty girl. It kinda of shocked me to read you are looking into surgery ... which.. i cant really blame, I have looked into things too.... but, from a lil' ol' nothing girl, to you, I think You are perfect the way you are.
