i think you should use the journals against them. Because they say how and what happened AT THE TIME of the incidents with them. its really your only proof against them.

That really sucks :( I don't see any way that your journal will help them with that, especially since all it really talks about is how much you love your daughter and the time and energy you put into taking care of her.
