You've already talked to Tasha. She blew you off. I think you need to talk to Carrie now and show her schedule differences and your availability and ask her if there's a way she can adjust the schedule to provide the hours you need.

Make it clear that you're not interested in starting drama or angst, but you are there to work and you'd like to do it.

Perhaps you might explain that you're concerned that Tasha has a problem with your work. You've tried to discuss scheduling with her before, but she just said there were no hours to give you and you're concerned that she's uncomfortable discussing whatever issues she might have with you.
I doubt she'd be more comfortable discussing her imaginary problems with Carrie but you never know.
