Anytime you put "Bowie" and "Dance" in the same sentence, I have to suggest Dance Baby Dance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7OURhkCUh8

Not only is it song a where David Bowie is telling us to dance, AND calling us baby, but Bowie actually DID ALL THE BABY SOUNDS USED IN THE SONG! When recording, they couldn't get the baby to laugh, so he eventually gave up, took over the mic, and made all the sounds himself and told them to mix them in. Because David Fucking Bowie.
