Mac and Cheese - 3 1/2 spoons

This might be a good time to tell you that we are going to rate the dishes with spoons, like stars. Maximum rating is four spoons.

I devised my own recipe partially from memory of past successes and partially borrowing from three different recipes I found on this website for Emeril's Best Mac and Cheese Contest winners.I give this version of mac

I think you should make a post with pictures the next time you make:
1. lasagna
2. split pea soup
3. pretty much everything you make
