the last 2 days have been the peak of my summer vacation thus far, as far as fun with friends goes. 2 days ago i went kayaking with Kevin Cole at his lake house in Pelham on little island pond. then we swam off his boat in the middle of the lake and itwas lots of fun, because i had to go to work at 4. boo ( Read more... )

haha sexy flexy is this pilates-esque routine that haleigh taught me. it's very fun and hard.

oh, i'm a pretty big pilates fan! you should pass along the sexy flexiness to me sometime. i have about 7 winsor pilates dvds, yet it can get boring sometimes so new stuff is cool. we could go to spartans and do it during their stretch. haha, and then go get iced coffee from dunkin donuts and walk around the field talking loudly about how great it feels to drink iced coffee in the hot weather. :P
