Even if you have everything you could possibly want it doesn't mean that you still can't feel lonely somedays and by lonely I don't mean lonely for someone but more or less a loneliness for meaning and purpose.
Amber, I completely understand where you're coming from. I used to be the same way and hardened up because I got walked on too much. You are not mean though, it's other people. They've just made you more guarded and that's ok. As far as finding your life's path I think those kinds of thoughts come with being a psychology major (esp. one who has taken a class like Roger's) and being a more enlightened thinker. It's a good thing that you are thinking about moving beyond the status quo, but I understand what it's like to want more and be frustrated with yourself, disgusted even, because you feel so stuck. If you ever need to talk or just want to hang out you can always give me a call. I love hanging out with you and we can bitch about people together :)
I love you no matter what. Even for all of the things that you consider "flaws." Thats just what makes you, you. I love all of those things about you. I like that we can be mean to people together...lol. You are the greatest thing that has ever happened to me and i cant wait to spend the rest of my life with you.
