Thanks. :-) While I posted this a few months ago, I just read it again and realize I'm not as self-loathing as I was back in February (although there definitely is still some here), even though I've put on a few more pounds. For the past week and a half, the journaling has really helped, and I also am learning how to be more conscious of what I'm eating - realizing it's the shifts in the scale that make me feel better about myself, not the crap I'm about to shovel into my mouth. :-) So far, so good - one day at a time!
