That's so good! I'm glad you chose to deal with it in a different way. Not a day goes by that I'm not tempted to deal with my problems through food...but I immediately recognize it as NOT THE ANSWER and I either work my ass off during my workout if I'm angry, take a mindful walk if I'm stressed or simply move away from the food and deal some other way. It's taken much much practice.
