What are the measurements on the Forever 21 skirt?

It's an elastic band waist that is 25 inches around and is 30 inches long, although 9 inches of it is sheer. I'm trying to get all pics up this weekend, I'll let you know! Thanks for your interest!

can i get waist measurement across and does it go below the waist i know some skirts go up to the belly button and im not into that LOL

Which skirt would you like those for? I know what you mean with the belly button, the black lace skirt sat below mine, but is that kind of skirt :)
