Theres loads but my dumbest had to have been bout a month ago when i broke my phone. It had been in my bag all the time i was out then i decided i'd put it in my cardigan pocket (the cardigan being one of those long ones with the pockets being quite low down) and i went to get in the car and shut my door as you do and i realised i didnt shut it

it was also werid cause i was planning on replacing my phone a week later so i think it was fate lol
