It's funny how now that I am completely on my own I have fewer chances to be completely irresponsible than I did living at home. The difference is, I can be incredibly stupid now and the only person who will give me shit about it is me

Really, if you're ever at a party that isn't insanely enjoyable, you could follow my simple Twelve-Step Program!
Praecognomen's Happy-Party Program
1. Call praecognomen.
2. Invite praecognomen and spouse to Party
3. Wait for praecognomen to show up.
4. Greet praecognomen and spouse.
5. Watch in mild horror and amusement as praecognomen does his absolute best not to maim or kill stupid people at the party.
6. Watch praecognomen give up on social niceties and start telling people how he feels, really.
7. Hopefully watch a fight break out.
8. Laugh.
9. Laugh.
10. Laugh.
11. Laugh.
12. Say goodbye to praecognomen as his spouse takes him home, muttering about how she can't take him anywhere without some sort of trouble brewing.
