I've been trying to maintain certain levels of participation in various aspects of my life and have thus far been failing. Instead of spending some time with everyone and doing most of the things I need to do, I end up half-assing my tasks and coming off as inconsiderate to my friends. Ah, yes...but could I be employed full time, earn more than $7.50 an hour and paid health insurance???

I'm pretty sure he meant to say "more than $10 an hour." But yeah, with Trinity, you make (I think, it's been a while) $7.25 or so at start. You can easily fill your hours with as many clients as you're willing to take, with anyone from old ladies who bake you cookies to young LD kids who swear at you (and do so badly!). The hardest part is reminding the office to actually scour their database to find you clients, as they tend, sometimes, to just assign you to those who bitch that they don't have anyone.
And yeah, assuming you're not driving out of town every day anymore, the gas expense is minimal (and, depending on location, slightly covered), and the people are really nice.
Also, you can definately find the monies if a particular client likes you enough. I get paid $12 an hour for the 5-10 hours a week I choose to work.
