I hate money. There should be no reason why people can't go to college if they have the intelligence and the drive to, there should be no reason why some people can't get the help that they need and others can buy things that they don't need at all...people should not have power over other people because they have money, especially if they didn't

Catholicism is like a big-budget film - it's bound to have plot-holes and contradictions! Honestly though, I see Catholicism as sort of a starter religion - some people are raised with it, and as they grow up and figure things out for themselves, and come to their own conclusions, they either grow closer to their faith, or further from it. Once you feel that your ideals contradict with your religion so much that you no longer feel like you can associate with it, than perhaps you should look into different religions (or just sort of ignore religions, and take your own path). Also, regarding the homosexuality thing: the bible, like the constitution, can (and will be) interpreted in any way, and some people choose to spin it in a way that fits their hateful, twisted ideals (not that I'm bitter).
