Definitely donates the teeth. Or, recylcing. Into what, I have no clue.

Put them inside of baby rattles or Maracas!
Use them to make dentures for the poor and needy.
Donate them to science so they can test fluouride and toothpaste.

"Santa Steps Out" by Robert Deverneaux. He tells the REAL stories behind Santa, the Tooth Fairy, etc. Very adult, very twisted. Or have you read it already? (Is that why you told Nat that she doesn't eat the teeth?) :-D
