Hello again, LJ world...

I am back (almost) in the land of the living, I think. It is still hard - and I never liked Winter so unfortunately it is getting harder. I am actually descended from some sort of bear, or possibly squirrel, and there is a part of me which would really like to hibernate. This entry had me laughing cheerfully, such wonderfully conjured images. Especially as I can imagine the culprit with that cheeky grin on his face.

I am with you on the strange sleep patterns, insomnia is trying to convert me too, but I'm not going to let the bastard win, even though I am typing this just after 2am. Sigh!

Welcome back.

I'm assured they learn to stay downstairs by themselves after a few more years. then you just lie there nervously wondering if you should go and investigate that strange crashing noise...

'..until he learns to bring me coffee...' Arthur is ten... and I am only now contemplating letting him near the kettle to learn to make hot drinks safely... he did make me tea once... with cold water and the tea bag still in it......
