Today was intresting...
MY TEETH HURT SOOO BAD!

I didnt get a pallet expander today.
But i got "spacers"

THERE HORRIABLE!
They hurt sooo bad!

They are this like piece of plastic they shoved inbetween my molars
it hurts so bad and it's pushing all my teeth to the front of my mouth!!

I dont know why he (my orodontist) is doing this
because i have Serve

aw bitsey i'm so sorry.. just keep eating soft foods the pain will go away soon.

AND I KNOW but I DONT KEEP UP WITH MY BRACES!! ahh what sucks about braces is i bet ill have makrs from them after! ack deff. wen i get them off im getting them whitend and going to the dentist for a cleaning before i show ne one! haha! But he hasnt even told me when het hinks im going to get them off because i NEVER wear my rubberbands. :-\
