so, it turns out that autozone will look at my car and check the "check engine" light that came on this past saturday... for free.

i are happierest.

now, back to the grind.

yes, i still have to get out there to have them check it, but first things first, eh?

i have a suspicion (which will hopefully be verified by autozone) that what happened is that the folks who changed my oil on saturday didn't put the air filter housing cover back on properly, which allowed a leak in the emissions system, which triggers the light... if that's indeed the case, i just need to get the light reset, and i'm good...

if not...

Free is always a good thing! Except that I must say that there are certain items I don't scrimp on, a) being toilet paper and b) being paper towels. Er, anyways... that is a good thing! We just shelled out a shitload of money for Dave's truck because it failed emissions TWICE! Gr.

Thanksfully, it passed today and now both cars are officially Georgians!
