I'm so tired today. I'm trying to get my head around what I'm gonna be writing this year and what is grabbing my fancy the most. I know I should try and finish Killing Game before attempting to write Soul Purpose and Love in Vein: Book Three, but I don't have the motivation to write it right now

yeah, I wanna watch season five again, remind myself of Spike's loyalty and integrity, I love him in that season...in season six I mostly feel sorry for the guy, season seven is sweet.

Not much writing to do ;) might be seeing a few more of those 50k in two weeks challenges! There's about 5 other fictions I would love to get finished too, ones that aren't on that list!

The second I saw the icon I knew what you'd be after! I know I want to, too, but I'm feeling a little down on my writing right now, think I'm stretching myself too thin and stories aren't turning out the way I want them to, they just don't seem to be coming out the way I've envisaged them. Think I need to see what I can do about that first...feel like I need to have a writers therapy session and see where I'm going wrong recently

no pressure, I was half-joking there, but only half. Have you considered that you might be at the stage where you need the stimulus of new characters and plot to inspire you again? I know you write different plots for the Spuffy, but it has to be somewhat restricting. Is it getting repetitive? Just plain boring? Why is it feeling flat?

Your point about sexing up The Merciless is a good one too. Don't feel you have to mess with your stories if they work as it. It's much easier to write a new one than to try and make an older one fit a new brief.

Tell me where I can find Killing Game and I'll have a look at it. I think for a converted Spuffy to work as an original it has to already be that essentially.

We're looking for short stories too remember. Anything 20 - 45 000 words with a really tightly focussed romance and a slightly faster pace. If you get any ideas at all then I'll be more than happy to chat with you about them.

Okay, you can get off the therapy couch now....LOL.

At least eight big things on the go? That is spreading yourself thin! Take some time, watch Spike, fall in love with him all over again :) and again and again! Perfect plan!
I'm looking forward to reading what you add to LiV, I know it's gonna be great and if you don't make me cry again I'll go without Dr Pepper for a whole month!

Erm, yeah...8 is a little excessive huh? Most of those won't be on the go at the same time tho. Hubby was fast asleep when I went to shut down last night, so I shut down and then rebooted. I wasn't tired and he won't let me have telly on when he's sleeping so I watched Tabula Rasa too! and then this morning watched the first half of the first episode.

Mmm...Spike...I'm all smiles now. I'll add those scenes to LiV soon and probably send it to you all over again!!!

Loved the chit chat last night, sorry if I badgered you with questions about LiV :D
