omg a short first chapter, but i think it will do. this is for basic introduction of the characters. taemin, kibum and jinki will come in the next chapter. sudden inspiration hit when i was watching an anime. :3 no i'm not plagiarizing anything so don't worry. comments are shamelessly loved and long comments are shamelessly appreciated with more love. ♥

* part one.
“Minho has a girlfriend” Jonghyun says as if Minho had just committed some kind of sin. “Minho has a girlfriend” He repeats once more. Minho rolls his eyes as he props his elbow on the table, “Can you please not say it as if I’m dating some kind of rat that lives in a sewage?”. He glares at Jonghyun in which the older boy shrugs in response, “You just broke up with Yuri last week and you know she won’t let this slide”
Minho bites back a scoff (he scoffed), “Like she would dare. Besides, I knew she was cheating on me with some foreign guy called Nichkhun. It was only a matter of time one of us had to break it off”. Jonghyun sighs, “I’m amazed how un-heartbroken you sound. So who’s the new babe?”. Minho’s lip purses and a huge sheepish grin plays on his face, “Daughter of the Yamaha Interprises”. Jonghyun lets his jaw drop, “Why do you always get the big catch?”
“Because I’m Chuck Bass*” is Minho’s reply.
“So who’s the new dude?” Amber asks. Soojung* flashes her pearl white teeth, “Son of a mafia”. Amber almost spits out her drink, “WHAT?! ARE YOU SE-MPFFT” Soojung clamps a hand over Amber’s mouth, “Sssh! Yes, he’s a son of a mafia and no, I’m not making our relationship public to everyone and no, it wasn’t a one night stand”. Amber removes Soojung’s thin hands off her mouth. There is a short silence before Amber asks, “Does he have tattoos?”
Soojung fights the urge to smother Amber’s face into her lunch.
“Soojung” Amber mutters as she looks out the classroom window. Soojung turns lazily, “What?”. Amber points, “I think that’s your boyfriend outside the school gates”. Soojung blinks at looks out the window, and there Minho is, in his black BMW car. Amber teases her friend, “You said you wanted to keep your relationship in private, right? I don’t think that’s possible anymore”. Soojung groans, “Mom will kill me. I just broke up with Doojoon last week”
The school bell rings shortly after, Soojung and Amber shoves their books into their bags and sprints towards the school gates. “Hey, babe” Minho greets. Soojung frowns and pants slightly due to lack of oxygen, “Why are you here?” Minho shrugs, “Why can’t I give my girlfriend a ride home?”. Soojung gives in and smiles.
“OH MY GOD! SHE LOOKS LIKE ME!” Jonghyun points from the car window. Amber looks at Jonghyun, “Is he mentally alright?”. Minho shrugs, “I don’t think so. But you’ll get over it. Get in, I’ll give you a ride home”. Soojung sighs, “Mom will so kill me”. Amber nudges her, “Hey, at least your boyfriend is good-looking. And he’s rich. And he has no tattoos”
Soojung rolls her eyes, “Amber, are tattoos all you know about mafias?”
“This is my house!” Soojung grins as she spreads her hands. Jonghyun looks around the house, “Minho, her house is bigger than yours”. Minho glares, “Shut up. You’ve only been into my house once”. Soojung giggles slightly, Amber tries not to roll her eyes. “Amber, could you bring them to my room? I’ll get some snacks from the kitchen” Soojung says as she heads off in another direction.
“Before that, I need to use the restroom” Minho says shamelessly.
Jonghyun swallows down a chuckle while Amber emotionlessly tells him the way, “Go down the hallway, turn right and you’ll see it”. Minho only nods and walks down the never-ending hallways. He looks left and out the windows. There is a big patch of grass and he identifies it as a garden, a really big garden.
He turns right, following Amber’s instructions.
And then he hears it. That soft, elegant yet sloppy playing of the piano. It is soft, extremely soft but Minho can hear it. Suddenly all the thoughts of going to the bathroom flies out the window, Minho finds his feet going towards the source of the beautiful melody. Minho walks down the long hallway with closed eyes, trying to listen to the source of it. The music becomes clearer and clearer, like the fog clearing up in the morning.
And he stops. It so clear as if someone is playing just right beside him.
Minho flutters his eyelashes open and looks right. There is a door that isn’t closed properly, Minho peeks. He sees it, he sees the pianist playing with a wonderful tempo and the pianist bathed under the glows of sunlight beaming through the large windows. Minho can only stare, it’s really unbelievable, he thinks.
The pianist is, more than beautiful can describe.

[*] Chuck Bass is a character from Gossip Girl, he’s a player and he gets any girl he wants (except for the girl he loves, of course. typical romance story). Thus, portraying Minho’s character.
