i am a complete idiot about how livejournal communities work. i was reading off_hotfashion, and i want to join, but do i have to...apply?
i figured i'd ask you because you made a post about explore and i'm doin that this summer (in montreal).

yup you have to apply to join

just go to http://community.livejournal.com/off_hotfashion/profile

and click "to join this community ..."
