Looks like they must also have genetically modified the cat to stop it from brutally killing the newly emboldened mouse. Or otherwise, there are 100 other films in which foolishly brave mice were brutally killed and they are only showing us this one, which was filmed after the cat had already feasted on the 100 others and was no longer hungry...
