Well, I have to hand it to Dillards. Although I still think they're the devil, I cannot complain one bit about my pay. I started out making $11/hour (which for retail i extremely high) and just had my three month review. I did excellent and have now been bumped up to $12.65/hour which is more than I was making with Certegy (where I had been 5 years
