I don't believe there will be reason to pay. I'm unable to perform chip removals at this very moment but in a week or two's time I should be able to.

There are supplies for your menstrual cycle if you find you need them.

I know how awful this sounds but the one whom you spoke with wasn't I. He was trying to trick people and lure them into giving him gold. He's gone, for now, thankfully.

There is one other doctor, I believe, who removes chips since I know you question me and I'm unable to perform removals now, anyway. His name is Weiss.
