I like this very much, but just a small niggle. At one point in the exchange between Snape and Black, you refer to Harry as "a Gryffindor retch."

I believe you meant wretch, as retch is an involuntary spasm of the esophagus and stomach prior to vomiting.

Though I agree that Harry is a little puke.
