Reading Inkheart aloud might get dangerous. I'll keep Thief Lord in mind, as I suspect I'm going to be reading everything Funke has written.

I've got it in my Netflix queue so I should be getting it in a few days. One of my favorite actors, Paul Bettany, is Dustfinger so I'm really looking forward to it.

I'll put this on my list -- sounds right up my alley.

Is there an Oz connection in the book, as with the movie?

There wasn't any sort of an Oz connection in the book. I haven't seen the film yet but I'll be watching it in a couple of days-- I'll look out for Oz references in it.

I've only seen the ads, but as I recall the tornado, and/or maybe the flying monkeys, were in it.
