We're going to my husband's cousin's in Rockland County. We've been going there ever since his mother died - she used to come down here and spend Thnaksgiving with us. His cousin is the daughter of the elder of his mother's two (younger) brothers. Her parents, the brother who lives in NYC, and her mother's sister and her husband will also be there.

I'm so glad all you need is a filling. I did not have similar luck when I skipped my dental visits for years and years.

It was a big risk, I'm never going to wait that long without going to the dentist again, no matter how much I hate all their scrapping and poking and prodding.

I'm glad things went relatively well at the dentist -- I go twice a year, but I'm still terrified of the place.

I'm going to try and go at least once a year from now on. Denists are scary but I think things go better when you don't have a long period of time for the fear and apprehension to build up. Have a happy Thanksgiving!
