[He didn't think that much about the package when it arrived. Nagi knew he wasn't likely to get much interesting from home, but anything was better was nothing, so he opened it only to end up staring blankly in the air for a couple of minutes afterwards, until Ken rushed him out the door so he wouldn't be late for school. How had he forgotten --

[He does.

Yuki rarely seeks the company of anyone else on her own initiation. But it is likely not a surprise when she can be found standing beside the front doors of the school, staring off into the distance with a perfectly blank expression on her face.

She could not understand it. No. More than that. It was impossible to understand. If she attempted to do so, vital errors would be introduced into her programs once again. As she was now, the only thing she knew was that it was absolutely necessary to speak with Nagi.

She does not change her expression when he approaches, although she turns to meet him sharply.]

[He faintly smiles when he sees her near the doors. Not having to look around for her means they have more time to talk before they go inside and part ways for most of the day. The chocolates are in his bag, but he has the carnation out and Nagi holds it out as he gets closer to her.]

Do you remember now too?

[Yuki accepts it, stares at it for a few moments. Then turns her gaze up at Nagi, and slowly nods.]

I don't know why we both forgot.

[He smiles a little once she takes the flower, not entirely sure what to say now.]
