I will takeover Mississippi and make it my new country... in which no one can rebel... because they lover me. And I will be the queen. We will rename it:

And all the school teachers will have to be certified by my special college. They will have to go through several care & empathy courses. The principals will have to have their masters degree in psychology. And there will be icecream avalible for free during class.
