It's time for Tony's Tuesday review again at ncis_verse, so this time I picked one of my favorite NCIS:Los Angeles episodes, 2x04 Special Delivery.
One of my favorites for the wonderful team dynamic, for me as a little shipper the great Kensi/Deeks scenes and the really interesting case.
HETTY: This is the Rolex. M-series Milgauss Green. Faraday Cage construction, 40-millimeter polished steel bezel. Rumored to become the most collected Rolex ever.
DEEKS: Mm-hmm. Does it shoot poisonous gas or anything cool?
HETTY: You scratch it, you buy it. And, Ms. Blye, it's your wrist that hopefully makes the biggest impression on Mr. Anshiri. From ancient Babylonia. Displayed in Baghdad's National Museum until the U.S. invasion.

CALLEN: There's the happy couple now. What do you think, Lady and the Tramp?
SAM: More like Beauty and the Beast. Uh-oh. Trouble in paradise.
CALLEN: You buy them as a couple?
SAM: It's L.A.... even a troll can score a supermodel if he's rolling charge.
CALLEN: Where does that leave us?
SAM: Aw, don't sweat it, G. I have a charming personality. Uh-huh. And you...Yeah, you're kind of screwed.
CALLEN: I attract more of an intellectual type.
SAM: Oh, yeah? Uh-huh. Good luck with that.
ANSHIRI: Good afternoon. How can I help you?
DEEKS: We are looking for an engagement ring.
ANSHIRI: Of course.
KENSI: A big one.
DEEKS: She told me that size doesn't matter.
KENSI: Oh, my God. Look at that one.
DEEKS: Oh, it's so beautiful, my sweet. An excellent choice.
ANSHIRI: A beautiful diamond for a beautiful woman. That's an interesting bracelet. Do you mind if I ask you where you got it?
KENSI: Oh, it was a gift.
ANSHIRI: From who?
KENSI: A friend.
ANSHIRI: I can't help you. You must leave.
KENSI: What were you doing in there?
DEEKS: Just trying to make it look convincing.
KENSI: You suck at being convincing, Deeks. Who the hell says "my sweet"?
DEEKS: It's a term of endearment.
KENSI: Like, in 1945. Callen, we need to watch this guy. He's definitely sketchy.
CALLEN: We're talking about Anshiri, right?
DEEKS: Princess? Princess...
