Wow. Just wow. I've seen whole seasons of tv shows with less plot and payoff than this 2-parter.

I want a poster of the final scene of the doctor standing in a pool of light facing the shadow of the Tardis.

Cool - I'm a few episodes behind, but plan to rectify that this week!
This tends to be the sweet spot in the seasons.

Last year it was Human Nature/Family of Blood into Blink which helped shore up what I found to be what so far been an 'okay' series. I need to go back and re-watch series 3, as haven't thought much of the ending since it happened... summer project :)
