So we finally got all the stories assigned to an artist! HURRAY! Thank you so much to those of you who volunteered to take on an extra story, you're all fantastic. All artists should have been sent their selected draft(s) now - if you're an artist and you haven't gotten anything, please get in touch with me and I'll send it to you ASAP.
Let me just quickly say, because it was asked in another post, that writers, you're more than welcome to contact your artist if there's anything you feel they need to know. Their emails are all in the summary post, so knock yourselves out!
Now, for the all important live reveal!
You've all been asking about how this is going to go, so I thought I'd make a separate post about this. Now that every author has been assigned an artist, I've put together a schedule based on your ideas. Three stories a day will be posted over a week! Unfortunately I couldn't do one NSYNC, one BSB and one crossover a day, because it wasn't possible, but I've done my best to make sure that there's a little bit for everyone on each day. I've also kept it mainly in alphabetical order.

Writers and artists, make sure you REMEMBER your assigned dates. Write them down and stick it on your computer if you have to. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to play tag-team with everyone and make sure they've posted their stuff. If you don't post on your assigned day, then that's it. Posting access will be open to all members for this week, so if you haven't joined the comm already, PLEASE do so.
You post the story to your own journal (or website, whatever you prefer.) This goes for both writers and artists. You'll need to communicate with each other at least a WEEK before the live dates so you can coordinate how you're going to post your stuff.
WRITERS will post a header to the comm that links to both the writer's and the artist's work. Now, I know this is a fandom that isn't hugely fond of story headers, but I'd like to ask you to include the ones that aren't in parenthesis as a minimum:

Rating/Warnings:
Word count:
Summary:
Link to fic:
Link to art:
What I've seen done a lot in other big bangs, and something I personally really like, is to make fic and art master posts in your journal. You can see lots of examples at bandombigbang and spn_j2_bigbang. It's something to inspire you, in any case!
