If there's anything that makes me happy when I'm feeling down, it's Star Trek. I enjoy watching most all of the series, except for Enterprise which kind of licks my balls (excluding the two-parter "In A Mirror, Darkly" which was one of the best Trek episodes ever). And for the first time in my life, I've got pretty much constant Trek on, all four

It's never too late! You can rent the DVDs from Netflix...it's one of the better shows to have come out of the nineties.
