Ok, just calm down now. That is, of course, a very harsh statement but I would have to say that it is more or less true. The way she treats my mom is horrid. She hits her, yells at her and throws things at her. This is not the normal teenage angst driven agression either. I truly think that she hates my mom

are you talking about elizabeth? thats fucking crazy. I can't even say "damn" or "crap" around my mom without freaking out about it for a minute wondering if she heard me say it or not. and even now, my will chase me with a "chancla".

if there is a way, completely guilt trip her about doing all this crap. and talk to your mom about disciplining her or Send her to like a boot camp or something.

randomly scatter paphlets around her room or somewhere where she would see them to scare the bejeezus outta her lol.

Don't you think your sister's behavior may just partially (just partially) due to your mother not whooping her ass the first time she swore or or hit her? I think its a lack of your mom demanding respect.
try to ignor your sister as best as you can. or smack her in the mouth one day to shock her. i doubt the cops would really care enough to do anything.
unless you broke her jaw. then you'd be screwed.
