Vanilla milkless and egg-subless cake

I figured it'd be easy, but I finally experimented today, turning this chocolate cake recipe into a vanilla cake recipe. Basically put flour instead of cocoa, and up the vanilla

Quite well! (hence posting. I wouldn't post failures =P).

Oh, and Tee suggested using lemon juice instead of the vinegar, so I'll experiment with that. Hopefully lemon juice will be good.

Also, since this is just plain ol' vanilla, it'd be a pretty good base for a lot of cakes. Like if you were to add spices, or fruit etc.
