Not all cod liver oils are created equal. Genestra is the best I've ever tried. Apparently it comes from fish that aren't in polluted waters.

I have been eating 3 plates full of vegetables every single day. I should be able to continue this when I start up working again, since I'll have more time in the mornings with a shorter commute, and there are tons of restaurants downtown that serve salads and stuff like that.

I got liquid biotin from Amazon. I've watched several youtube videos on it, and I guess it does make your hair grow over 1 inch in a month.

I have lots of hair now, but I definitely would love it if it got longer even faster.

I visited a friend today in Bellevue, and we had lunch at a sushi restaurant. I'm scared to eat raw fish now that my gut is so clean, so I just ate the chicken off of a chicken slider. The naturopath said I should eat as many vegetables as possible. I'm at PCC/WholeFoods like three times a day for giant plates of vegetables. I still have meal replacement shakes with healthy fats in the mornings, along with all my supplements, but through the day I just eat plates of vegetables.

With my time off, I'm engrossed in leetcode. Actually, it is kind of like playing minesweeper or something - you know how to do it, so you just do it on autopilot. I can definitely do interview-style coding problems at this point in my career, but it doesn't hurt to memorize more aspects of C++.
