As I warned you earlier today, I won’t be home for dinner. At the rate things are going, I might not be home for breakfast. Don’t wait up. And don’t call the office. Try a bit harder to see things clearly without emotion. Selling your car is not practical - think it through, J.
If you feel this strongly about holding onto the gallery (I don't agree but this is not the time/place for that discussion), then it must be the apartment.
Justin, it MIGHT come down to both. Prepare yourself. Most of the country is sucking it up, so do your best to do the same.
By the way, it was Manuel's main job to fetch lattes. Not sure how I am going to deal with that loss. Ted suggested that I try the staff coffee maker. I nearly decked him. Times are hard, but not THAT hard.
Most of the staff are now gone. Just Ted and I still mulling over figures and projections. Don't wait up.

I will try to be less emotional. It's hard when I'd rather give up my car and keep the apartment, but I understand what you're saying.
And yes, the apartment must go before the gallery. The apartment costs more too, or at least it does when I'm making a few sales. Look, I'll get some other people in there, artists, see if I can generate more for the overhead.
I don't want to just suck it up, Brian. But I'll try. Okay?
Sounds like Manuel fetched more than lattes.
